LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours cancellation notice or you may be charged the full cost of the session (this is standard business practice).
CLAIMING ON YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE
The amount of reimbursement and the number of sessions covered varies between policies and between insurers. Please check your insurance policy before starting treatment as some insurers require a Consultant or GP referral before you start treatment.
We can bill your insurer directly in most cases, but this will need to be agreed with us before treatment starts, and a document signed that you will agree to cover the cost of your treatment if there is any shortfall in fees, or if there is an excess payable on your policy.
